I have a long history with milk. I once worked for a marketing campaign for this seemingly delicious beverage.
Today, after a short maintainence run, I came home and was in need of something cold. Something delicious. All I had in the fridge was some milk. It hadn’t expired yet, so I thought I’d pour myself a glass. Big mistake…huge mistake. Ten minutes after finishing the glass, I felt my stomach turning and rumbling. Soon after, I ran straight to the bathroom and puked it up.
I don’t want to drink milk ever again.

excuse me!!! I dont appreciate such comments. Milk does not suck. It is really good for you. Some people just can not have milk. G, just make sure you get enough calcium in your diet or take calcium pills. It is VERY NECESSARY with your training for your bones.
Since milk is not my first choice for fulfilling my calcium requirements, I am drinking more orange juice (with calcium), eating more spinach and almonds. Ashu…milk doesn’t suck. It’s just not for people like us.
